I used to think my stress and overwhelm came from my career.
Turns out, it came from me. From the patterns I was unconsciously running, trying to prove my worth through productivity and perfectionism.
Even with all my success, I was exhausted, resentful, and disconnected from the version of me I thought I’d be by now. My family was getting my leftovers, and I didn’t know how to slow down without losing momentum.
Everything shifted when I started looking inward, learning how my nervous system, beliefs, and protective patterns were trying to keep me the same. Once I stopped resisting them and started working with them, life and business became lighter, faster, and more fulfilling.
