Meet Shelly Belk

I am a Behavior Change Coach on a mission to empower stressed-out individuals, stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage to control of their life by building supportive coping habits that last.

Habits live at the core of our being. Do you binge eat after a stressful day? Habit. Do you look at your phone as soon as you wake up? Habit. Do you sit in the same place on the couch? Habit. Do you stuff down and ignore your feelings? Habit. You catch my drift.

I started my path to cope with massive stress and overwhelm in my career, or at least I thought it was my career (spoiler alert it was all my ineffective patterns I just couldn’t sustain anymore), and I knew something had to change. I felt lost. Angry. Stressed. Resentful.

My family was getting the worst version of me. It wasn’t until I finally learned how to really look inward, regulate my stress, shift my mindset, and apply the practical how-tos of behavior change did things change. That came from uncovering and discovering deep-rooted parts of myself I was avoiding and covering up with perfectionism.

This work has quite literally changed my whole life, and I finally adopted new habits that support my truest self. And it’s not just a me thing, I have helped close to 100 people do the same.

My Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis influences my work as a Trauma Informed Master Life Coach to help guide you through your behavior change.

To help you show up and become the person you’ve always known you could be. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; I look at the whole human; I utilize many different modalities, and together, we make significant changes that fit your unique lifestyle.

Together we will upgrade your habits, transform your mindset, address your stress, and get you living a life you feel proud to live.
